We can take your gunhandling skills to a higher level, and provide you with the tools to prevail in a dangerous encounter. We will give you the knowledge that you can handle your firearms safely and efficiently.  We can also tailor a course to your particular needs. 



INTRODUCTION TO DEFENSIVE HANDGUN

This 5 hour class will give you the information you need to make informed decisions. This class will expand on what you learned in your CCW course.
Lessons include: SELECTING THE GUN AND HOLSTER, AMMUNITION SELECTION, THE DRAWSTROKE, CONCEALED CARRY AND RELOADING TECHNIQUES

COST: $100   
DURATION: 1 DAY   
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Serviceable handgun (revolver or semi-auto), strong side hip holster, 2 magazines or speedloaders with pouches, note taking material, sturdy belt, eye and ear protection, brimmed hat, clothing appropriate for the weather, and 100 rounds of jacketed ammo. 



 

FIGHTING HANDGUN SKILLS 1
Our Fighting Handgun Skills 1 course is designed to prepare the civilian gun carrier to maintain and use their handgun effectively and safely. The class will entail classroom discussion and live fire exercises on the range.

MINDSET, DEALING WITH THE POLICE, TARGET ANATOMY, AWARENESS/AVOIDANCE, THREAT ASSESSMENT/IDENTIFICATION, VERBALIZATION, LOW LIGHT/FLASHLIGHT USE, COVER AND CONCEALMENT AND NIGHT FIRE IF AVAILABLE.

DURATION: 8 HOURS   
EQUIPMENT: Serviceable handgun (revolver or semi-auto), strong side hip holster, 3 magazines or speed loaders with pouches, note taking material, sturdy belt, eye and ear protection, brimmed hat, clothing appropriate for the weather and 250 rounds of ammo. 



​FIGHTING HANDGUN SKILLS 2
Fighting Handgun Skills 2 will polish your handgun skills and get you to a higher level of gun handling. There is minimal classroom time, as students should already be proficient with basic gun handling.

Topics covered include: MOVING AND SHOOTING, AFTER ACTION REVIEW, MULTIPLE THREATS, USE OF THE BACK UP GUN, WORKING WITH A PARTNER AND SHOOTING AT INTERMEDIATE DISTANCES. 

You will shoot and qualify on the FBI Qualification Course.

DURATION: 10 HOURS   
EQUIPMENT: Serviceable handgun (revolver or semi-auto), strong side hip holster, 3 magazines or speed loaders with pouches, note taking material, sturdy belt, eye and ear protection, brimmed hat, clothing appropriate for the weather and 400 rounds of ammo. 



​FIGHTING RIFLE SKILLS
Our Fighting Rifle Skills course will provide you with the skills necessary to effectively use your rifle to defend your home and family. This is NOT a SWAT or “Operator” type of course! This is a basic fighting course.



Topics include: ZEROING AND SIGHTING, RELOADING UNDER STRESS, CLOSE RANGE TARGET ENGAGEMENT, MULTIPLE TARGETS AND NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS.

COST: $185   
DURATION: 8 HOURS   
EQUIPMENT: Military/LE style semi-automatic rifle with sling, 3 magazines, magazine carrier, note taking material, eye and ear protection, brimmed hat, clothing appropriate to the weather and 300 rounds of ammo. 



​FIGHTING SHOTGUN SKILLS
This course will show you what the shotgun can do, create reflexive gun handling skills, and destroy many myths about this powerful weapon system.

Topics covered include: PATTERNING, AMMUNITION SELECTION, SAFE USE AND STORAGE, LOADING/RELOADING, CLOSE AND MULTIPLE TARGETS AND USEFUL MODIFICATIONS.

COST: $195   
DURATION: 8 HOURS   
EQUIPMENT: Shotgun (pump or semi auto) with sling, 30 rounds of buckshot, 15 slugs, 100 rounds of birdshot, note taking material, eye and ear protection, brimmed hat, clothing appropriate to the weather.
