About S And L Training

Without a doubt, the world is not a safe place.  You're concerned about the protection of your family and loved ones.  We have family and loved ones also, and understand your concerns.  Let us help to guide you down the path to acquiring the skills, knowledge and attitude necessary to defend the ones in your care.

Developing the mental and psychological strength to prevail in a violent encounter is just as important as physical skill.  Once physical skill is developed, mental strength naturally follows.  We will cover the emotional and legal ramifications that can come about, and give you techniques to deal with them.

It's not just about shooting; it's about dealing with the threat through avoidance, verbal disengagement, and the precise application of gunfire, if needed.
